Momentum
I am loving every step with the Bulletproof Lifestyle so far. I have been walking in this lifestyle for about six weeks now. I don't want to call it a diet, because it certainly does not feel like one. I love waking up every morning to the bulletproof coffee, I love that my taste buds and appetites have altered. I no longer crave sugar but look forward to higher quality fats, leafy greens, sea-salts, and fruits for dessert. The intermittent fasting also is helping many different areas of my health. I have not even started an exercise plan yet, and have lost fifteen pounds. Weight loss was not the big plan, but is a by-product of living this way. My main goal was to be in better shape so I can keep up with my growing daughter and not get tired out. I don't see myself getting out of this diet- I mean lifestyle anytime soon. My sister and brother have seen results in my demeanor and attitude as well, and have taken my lead and started living a bulletproof lifestyle as well. It is a great supplement of my pursuit to the things of God in my life, and a powerful catalyst to get the momentum going.
