I bought the MCT oil as I had been using coconut oil in my coffee for some time when I started to read about the whole bulletproof coffee craze. I was very Leary about putting butter in my coffe as I have not eaten butter for years. I drink my coffee black with coconut oil and organic stevia. I finally bit the bullet and purchased some Ghee as I am lactose intolerant according to my 23 and me DNA results. I was very suprised how delicious the bulletproof coffee mixture was and how much energy it gave me. I know have both of my sisters using the oil and ghee as well one in coffee the other in tea. I also use the glutathione and d calcium supplements for boost energy and daily detox. Love the bulletproof products. I just ordered the collagen and will start to use instead of my organic whey protein in my shakes. I am a vegatarian and have started to adopt the bulletproof diet sans meat products.

Have been on this for almost 2 years. Joints feel great and I am told over and over again...you have not aged one bit, what is your secret :)
