Needed a bit of guidance with my products so emailed the team and Sophie gave me excellent advice and tips to suit my skin and really went the extra mile. Skincare routine going great, my skin is soft bright and plump and I enjoy using the products as the feel luxurious and smell lovely…plus they are cruelty free so what’s not to love! I just wish you didn’t have to sign for orders as I order to my parents address (no one can find my house deliveries get lost) and if they’re not in it goes to the post office and I have no id in my name at my parents address so but of a pain….. maybe I’ll have to order in my mothers name to solve. Totally understand why it’s necessary for the company though just love reading your lovely emails so like my own account! Altogether a very happy bunny! X
