After receiving little care/support from my local Ultraceuticals stockist, I reached out via online chat to UItraceuticals HQ. Miriam is very knowledgeable and was quick to respond to my query with an email outlining our discussion. I had further questions so rang HQ and Miriam was quick to respond to my call back request. During and after our phone call, I was supported in my decisions and felt like Miriam shared the same thought process as myself. Without completely changing my routine, I left feeling informed and confident in my decision to restock some items, and add in new products. Miriam was polite, professional and friendly/warming on the phone and was very efficient and knowledgeable of the brand.
