Wrong item sent. Tried to get in touch with customer service to no avail.

Terrible shopping experience. "In stock" products took about 3 weeks to ship. Customer service was terrible, contradictory responses as to where the order was. Ignored my requests to cancel the order. Charge ports are a weak spot in the design.

Item (Empress 2) didn't have suction - not worth the money and it's alot of money

There’s no sucking sensation at all, just vibration. I’ve got a similar one from a different company with the same problem (that one didn’t cost a fortune though).

I really wanted to support Nelly so I bought this product regardless of the price. I wish I didn’t have to give a bad review I really do, but it honestly was the most uncomfortable toy I have ever used. The quality and vibrations were brilliant but unfortunately the shape of the toy was so ridged it pressed against me and was difficult to insert.
