I think the price point of your products is quite a bit higher and so I don’t think I would come back unless there was a major discount again but I really enjoyed the Empress 2 product particularly.

Information about the delay with my order (Christmas sales had a high volume) and gave a discount without indication. The packaging was discreet and when I messaged for updates on my order I was replied to quickly

It took a long time to arrive due to high orders and shipping times, but it was definitely worth the wait! The team were really polite and quick to reply via email when enquiring about the shipping times. Product itself came very nicely packed and it's brilliant.

The items took much longer to arrive then promised, I understand that the delay was due to Christmas and I was told in advance that it’ll take longer but when giving time estimates it would be good to have a realistic timings so I don’t have to contact support team to figure out what’s going on.
