What an amazing product!! Superb quality, me and my partner absolutely love it. The charge on the toy lasts for a long time too, unlike a lot of Ann Summers products. Only qualm was that the box came damaged, but shipping arrived on time. Easy to use website too, would recommend.

Service is 5 stars. I originally ordered a limited edition product from an influencer I follow and was contacted a week later to say it was out of stock. VUSH were quick to give me options (cancel whole order, order something else with discount, as well as others) and I can't fault them for that. After deciding, my product arrived super quickly! Packaging is also gorgeous and the quality of the product is 5 stars. The bag it comes with is such a nice touch - it's nice to know my products can be taken care of. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars fully is that I think I built up the product in my head. Maybe I'll change my mind with future uses, but it's not as good as another product I have purchased previously. Still, love the company, ethos, service, selection, and products overall. Great brand!
