I placed my order during an especially busy time, so my order took a little extra time to arrive. But the Vush team were really helpful when communicating with me, apologising for the delay and explaining why there was a delay. They also gave me a update of my order and I received it soon after. I will look forward to ordering with Vush again in the future.

I had trouble with shipping as the delivery company lost my parcel. I informed Vush and their customer service was amazing and sent a replacement out asap!

It took a month to arrive but very good update
