As I said before used for couple weeks now but not a slightest difference made

I spent much for the items I bought but no noticeable results. Very disappointed with my purchase. It feels like I was just throwing money. Maybe the product was not suitable for me.

Not happy with the service, you got my name wrong on the shipping label and failed to deliver the coco and eve hair product. I have emailed you many times, raised a official complaint. I keep getting a reply from you saying, I will be updated in 1-2 business days. It’s now been a month and you haven’t resolved this. Very disappointed, as I have paid for a service which I’ve not received.
