All communications were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The shipping was delayed which was completely understandable during all sorts of changes to over seas and local delivery due to the pandemic. The team were in contact with myself and my sister and offered a kind compensation to apologise for the delay, they dealt with the delays / responses professionally and gave an amazing outcome. Thank you.

The products came on time and in excellent condition and well packaged.

So happy I chose sand and sky
