I found the website confusing and didn't know what products to buy even doing the survey. I ordered 4 travel size options and the only one I felt worked was the Curl Quenching conditioning wash. The essential moisture cleanser had no affect as in it didn't produce any bubbles and I didn't feel my hair was clean, I followed this up with the essential moisture conditioner. I bought the Curl defining souffle elsewhere as it was out of stock and I really like that. I have other curlsmith products that my daughter bought me but I have no idea what order to use them in. My hair is quite curly underneath with some ringlets but the top layer is more of less straight. I'm trying to embrace the natural curl/wave but nothing seems to work. The website is easy to order from and delivery as expected.
