I was using just a bar shampoo and my hair was getting dry and breaking too much with a lot of frizz. I needed a conditioner. After searching i thought of using the mask as a deep conditioning for me, as i only wash my hair 2 times a week. What a difference! My hair is super soft, a lot less frizzy and broken.
