Ordering, navigating the website and selection were all wonderful. Getting the horses to eat it is another story! Will reconnect when I can get enough in them to see any results!

I’m happy with the wide variety of products that Uckele offer and the website is set up well for browsing products. I find the way things are separated in to categories as sub groups very helpful. The customer service/support messaging has been very quick about responding to emails. The shipping rates and delivery times are very comparable to other companies. However when looking for product ingredients the only way to read them is to try and enlarge the photo of the product label. It tends to be a bit blurry and shaky on a phone screen it would be helpful to have them listed out. Also I’ve been having trouble with signing in to my account, when I asked customer service they could not find anything under my email address even though I had been regularly receiving emails from Uckele. The solution suggested was to creat a new account and so far it has been working. I don’t feel that this was a customer service issue more of a website problem. In all I’m happy with Uckele products and hope to see the website improve over time.

I’ve yet to see any change with my horses since starting this product.

Too bad cuz it does great things for the one who eats it! (He's the one in the middle).
