Customer Service is excellent! It is a bit challenging to ensure that the correct billing address and correct shipping address are assigned to the order (when the two differ). Customer Service was especially helpful when, for unknown reasons, our order for 4 of a kind was shipped to us as 3 of the kind ordered and the 4th an item never ordered; very helpful in getting the 4th item to us and getting the odd item picked-up for return. Uckele tendon was recommended by my vet for my 22- year-old mare with dsld. Seems to be helping although she hasn't been on it that long. Will keep giving it to her.
