Shipping was timely, and product intact, no damage. Website was easy to view products as well as check out. Also, U Beauty very nice to keep you updated on delivery with tracking or if running behind without having to seek customer service.

Awesome lip gloss- I honestly can’t speak to its effectiveness as a lip treatment long term, but it feels great on my lips and the color is beautiful. I was sent to wrong color & customer service was top notch as well and got me the correct color asap. Thank you.

Great shipping process. Susan at customer service is the best if you have any sort of problem. i do wish it was easier to redeem points on products on the website. I seem to consistently have issues with this.
