I didn´t like the result I obtained from the product. It didn´t last on my hair, as other products I have used. I'm asking for a return number.

Iron pulls on hair terribly when used and not easy to use

Not happy with it

Too expensive and hard to use...not impressed...sorry I wanted to like it! I have a $16 wand curling iron that works much better and doesn't fry my hair. I found this tool very difficult to use and pricey!

I am going to look to return this iron. I have watched more tutorials than if I were studying for the Bar exam. I am able to get a great curl in one area but not all over. I purchased this and spent the extra money over a curling iron for a way to expedite the routine. I'm 54 and I really am looking for ways to stay fit, be healthy without it taking me an hour. This unit completely destroys that objective. It is not easy. The curl I do get does not stay (I live in Southeast Florida where humidity is always beyond incredible). I have to finish the process with a $20 curling iron when going out so why. I believe it is a great concept but I'm just not interested in any more hour-long sessions of tutorials. Sorry, this just isn't what I needed it to be. Thank you.
