Product seems cheap and I have not been able to successfully use it.

Once I got past the learning curve, this is a fantastic addition to hair care. I have A LOT of very frizzy/curly/wavy hot-mess-express hair normally… this smoothed out and curled or straightened my hair beautifully and quickly.

I watched the videos for tips on how to use it and after some practice I absolutely love it!!!! Best purchase ever!
