Canna get the curls… I have long hair & it simply doesn’t work as easily as shown~. Takes too much of my time…

I’m having a very hard time using this product.

I do not like this product at all. I HAVE followed the tutorial vidoes and I'll get one or 2 good strands going. But getting the full head or opposite side right is difficult. Too difficult for the price of the device. And a look I can achieve, doing the same technique, with a regular iron. I'm upset I bought this and will return shortly.

Too hard to hold and navigate Not natural Would take a big commitment to learn how to utilize it

I really was not satisfied. Unable to get a good curl in or eve a beach wave. I followed the you tube videos and still I could not.
