Can’t get to work properly!! Will be returning sorry

Not happy with it. O would return it but I threw away the box.

I could only get it to work for me a couple of times. All other times, it made my hair too frizzy, didn’t curl enough, or made my hair more damaged than my other heating utensils. I wanted to like it but at the end of the day it was just too much work and I already own multiple curling utensils so it wasn’t worth it to me to keep it.

Difficulty getting a curl in my hair despite watching many tutorials on how to use. And then it stopped working after using it only three times. Now I use my regular straightener for curling my hair which works better.

Very difficult to use and does not give many curls
