Confusing

Hard to get the technique and have consistent curls. the plates could be longer. My daughter isn’t able to use it on her hair which long and thick

This tool requires too much time to learn to use for the cost.

I’m getting better adding curls instead of accidentally straightening when using the device... but all I have to do is shake my head and the curls are completely gone. Sad.
