I’m able to do the right side but the left side doesn’t curl. It’s the same curls too! I’ve been practicing getting a little better at it. My hair are tough too curl I have some part that I cannot get to curl. I need help!

Very difficult tool to use and maneuver. I have tried multiple times but don’t feel like I can get the curls to come out as pretty as I’d like. It could just be me but for the amount of money I spent on this tool I had high expectations of it being much easier to use.

I am just having trouble using this. I can’t get it to curl on my left side. I have watched all the videos but still can’t get it to work.

Wanted to love it, but its just ok. It’s gets stuck when trying to curl it instead of being able to glide through the hair as advertised it’s a bit more of a tug and pull.

If you have long hair I’m sure this is a great tool. I got it because the website said great for all hair lengths, as long as the hair was an inch or longer. Most of my hair is about 4 to 5 inches long, and I get ok results about half the time with less than half of my hair. And doing the left side is extremely uncomfortable. All of the tutorials are with women who have longer than shoulder length hair, so of course doing pieces of hair from the back of the head are easy. But it’s nearly impossible for me. When I do get good results, it’s with a piece of hair only half an inch wide and I’m sorry but I don’t have TYME for that.
