Super complicated to use especially for left handed person . It burnt my hair and turned it a brassy orange. Keep the heat lower than you usually use. Definite learning curve . It just wasn't for me.

Trying to figure it out

I just haven’t got the hang of it yet! I get one or two good and one or two bad

Iron is easy to use but simply too hot even at lowest setting and caused a lot of damage to my hair. The ceramic or metal face of the iron doesn’t move smoothly through my hair in some cases leaving kinks.
