TYME US - Shopify

I like it but I’d have to admit that is difficult to get use to it, learn to use it properly. Even watching the videos is a bit difficult.

A great product but one that needs instructions.

Compared to how much I love my Tyme iron and what a huge time-saver it is, I felt like this left me a little disappointed. I've now used it 3 times and the final product is getting better, it's still definitely easier than using a brush and hair dryer or tousle-drying then straightening. I plan to keep it because it is easier but, again, compared to how efficient the iron has been for me I was a bit disappointed.

Love the iron. Easy to use after some practice. Only thing. No matter how much hairspray or product I use my curls don't hold. I'm not talking days I'm talking an hour? Maybe slightly longer. A bit disappointing for the price I paid.

I think you should make it clear that using the Tyme pro iron (I can't recall exactly what you call it) might be more difficult for people who are left handed. Also, just the fact that you have to offer a video to figure out how to use it, is an important piece of info to know before you purchase.
