I realized my order had the wrong shipping address in it. Within an hour of ordering I got the shipping notification that it was already processed and preparing to ship. I thought there was no way I could fix it, but sent an email anyway. I got a replay a couple of hours later that they stopped my shipment and corrected the shipping address! And I STILL got my order in TWO DAYS! I already had a Tyme iron for myself and this one is for my daughters who love to come steal mine! I love the products so much, and knowing they have great service has made me a customer for life.
