She could have simply said, "I'm sorry, but I can't help you because you didn't purchase the iron directly from us". I feel she went above and beyond to serve me. Curling and straightening iron

I haven’t had much time yet to work with it but I do really like it I have a hard time Because I had my shoulder and a part of my arm replaced on my left side so I have a hard time holding it but I hope that when I have my meeting With a stylist that they could help me a little bit more than what I can do but so far so good I do really like it thank you

Refund

I felt they handled my refund in an excellent manner. I feel secure purchasing any future items from them in the future or may even rebuying same item if need to do so. It was a no hassle return n they were most accommodating. I know they were willing to offer me more assistance, too, as far as using curling iron.
