Hello unfortunately I had to return my order because my hair is too thin and can’t handle a high heat over 300. I’m sure it’s great but I am unfortunately unable to find out. Looking forward to my return and thank you for the great customer service!

I had the original Tyme iron for many years. I must admit, I think it was one of their first models and it got hotter than advertised because, though it curled my hair beautifully, it made it smell really bad. Then one day it burned my beautiful long thick healthy hair!!!! (Yes I use heat protectant products). I threw it right in the garbage. I then tried other curlers and wands, but nothing curled my hair as fast, and held the curl for days like the Tyme iron, so.... I caved and bought another. Well... SO much better!!!! Their new adjustable heat settings are true and accurate. No more stinky hair!!!! I cannot live without my Tyme iron. Awesome improvements Tyme. I’m glad I gave you a second shot.
