Well, it definitely the best curler I ever got!

I was so impressed by the videos I'd seen that I just HAD to buy one. When it arrived, I struggled to get it to work for me. I was about to give up when I decided to email the company and ask about possibly returning it. They suggested I give it another try first and sent a couple links with detailed instructions. After following the detailed video I finally had success! Now it's my favorite way to curl my hair with soft beachy waves.

I unfortunately had issues using the strainer curler but I am satisfied with how easy it was to make a return I will look in the future to try another item

Horrible I did not like the product and have request return label for 2 weeks already.
