Top hair device with top customer service!
So a few years ago... I had bought my TYME curling/flat iron in one.
Never being a paid sponsor for them, I still talked quite a bit about how much I loved this device because of how fast I could do my hair with it... it’s also such a gorgeous piece of device. It’s a pricey contraption, but well worth the cost for its tome saving regime, especially to a mom of four littles.
Not everything lasts forever though and mine stopped working. Years ago.
I saw their ads on fb and commented how exceptional of a product this is and how much I loved mine. Surprisingly, they responded and asked me to write back to them in detail what happened. Back and forth we went and the company was so kind to send me a new one after proof of purchase and additional info.
I couldn’t believe it!!!!!
As a mom, I am very picky as to where I spend $. And often, getting put together for the day is the last of my priorities. So getting a new one didn’t seem to sit right with me. But this was such a gift and I’m truly grateful! Thank you TYME and Tammy for an outstanding customer service!!!
My commenting on the post was to encourage others on how great this device is. I had no idea I would get so much in return from it!
I think we’re so quick to only writing negative reviews on things. This just shows that writing those positive reviews are truly helpful to companies... especially during times we’re in.
