The staff was great dealing with my questions regarding an exchange. I did learn the hard way that two wigs of the same brand, same style and (supposedly) the same brown/blonde color might not really be the same. My original brown/blonde wig of 2 years has lots more brown than blonde. My new wig is much, much more blonde than brown. I'll keep the 2nd wig but I was expecting the two wigs to be similar in color; they're not. That's not TWC's fault ~ it's Gabor Wigs. The wig style itself is beautiful!

I ordered a wig and it didn't fit right. I sent it back and have yet to hear anything about it.
