I had to return the wig I ordered because it was too long. It overpowered my face. I took the tags off because they were in the way when I tried the wig on. Please refund the cost of the wig. Thank you.

I’ve ordered from TWC twice now and have had great experiences. They are customer oriented and have great return policy. My wigs arrived quickly and without any flaws like some others I’ve ordered from. I just wish they carried more brands, in particular, Ellen Wille and Belle Tress because then I would definitely order from TWC again!!
