I have bought twice from you now so gives me enough time to review. These definitely reduce my cravings and I feel a lot slimmer in my clothes. I also started the peri menopause ones and I feel better in myself. Not as irritated and off hand. Will definitely be purchasing again

Wasnt sure to start with, didnt see any difference. Stopped for a short while, then went back to it and am finding a difference. Will probably continue.
