I'm so happy with my Jenu plus infuser. I feel a difference in the softness in my skin when I use it with my serums. I like that they showcase their products on QVC do that I can see how to use the devices. The customer service is amazing, fast in responding, and listen to my concerns. If anything I feel that Trophy skin cares about their customers. I received my package in the mail and it was securely wrapped and also have a sample offer for my choice of a serum or hydrating mist.
