Trophy skin were kind enough to help send me an adapter for the Jenu plus as we thought the charger was broken , but unfortunately it does not charge, meaning the device itself is broken , which is a great shame as I’d had great results . I cannot fault the company in how they have gone out of their way to help me . Thank you
