I’ve needed service a few times over the years (I have at least one of almost everything you make!) and I have been consistently impressed by how easy the process is and how much Trophy Skin invests in customer satisfaction. I would call it “white glove service.” I’ve felt good about every single interaction I’ve had and it makes me feel great about continuing to support this company.
I once lost a charger while traveling and having it quickly replaced completely free of charge wowed me and I now take that level of service into consideration every time I assess the value of another Trophy Skin purchase. I get the impression that once you become a customer the goal is to make sure you are satisfied, not to get every last cent they can out of you. That is refreshing and also very effective at earning my loyalty. It gives me the confidence to gift your items as well, knowing that if the recipient ever encounters an issue they will be well cared for. Thank you.
