One of the reasons for purchasing Tracie's cleanser, neck, firming serums, toner, and face resculpting products is that they were all made in small batches of natural ingredients. Reviews were glowing, and although as a woman of a "certain age", I was not expecting miracles, but I felt natural, proven products would be beneficial for my skin care regimen. Unfortunately, I experienced stinging and redness with the serums as well as the toner. I had subsequently purchased the Lotus eye patches and activator, but it burned my eye area beyond my tolerance. The toner was OK, the cleanser was good (I plan to use that especially when removing makeup), but the firming serum left a tacky feeling on my face for the rest of the day. I do have reactive, sensitive skin, and although I am sure that your products are of the highest quality with amazing success stories, I am afraid I have to invoke the cliche line: "It's not you.
