I am taking the time to write this review because of the outstanding quality of the Firming Serum and Face Resculpting Cream. I have extremely sensitive skin and my skin glows and the texture smooths when I use these products. They are a luxury that gives me joy everyday.

Only problem is that the serum I received had a defective bottle. The bottle pump worked, but, no product came out. How do I exchange it.?

Lotion smells great and my face is brighter, but some products cannot undo the effects of trauma. Only time and continued use will help me know how effective these products are and whether they are worth the cost for me.

There was a defect with one of the products is received but the customer service team helped me out.
