Excellent customer service. Receiving a response from a human, not a bot, is something to cherish these days. Hands down my interaction with thr TOTM customer service team is one reason I ship with them. The other reason is of course the excellent product.

I have used TOTM products for the first time and they have been a GAME CHANGER for me!! I did not realise how uncomfortable regular tampons were until I tried this brand. Also the subscription is something I’d been looking for, for years so I never run out, cannot recommend enough!!!
