I ordered a about 3 weeks ago FTS CUTS and I never received my order!

The initial order that came was incorrect. I called and got great customer service, however the replacement order still has not arrived. I had to purchase products elsewhere because of this inconvenience. Shipping delays may not be Tiger's fault, however i believe it was sent via regular mail!.
