I have taken a B complex before, but never had a "flush". The first time I took these I developed a flush in my face and down my arms. It startled me. As it turns out, you can develop this flush from B3 (Niacin) due to it widening the blood vessels. I know without a doubt that the B3 is in there! I haven't noticed a huge boost in energy that I was hoping for, but I do believe these are excellent quality.
