Produseems very good. Unfortunately it also gives me cramps early mornings. I am older senior years. I probably will need to discontinue my subscription soon.

So glad I got the starter kit. It's got one week of each kind and it's been really helpful in figuring out which one works best for me. The one I thought I would respond best to has actually been my least favorite! Highly suggest the starter kit before you commit!
