I absolutely love my Theragun! Its certainly works the soreness out of my muscles and allows me to be more agile.

I love the new theraface pro! I have clients with RA, so not only do I use this at home but I use the hot/cold attachments with the infrared light to help with inflammation! It works every time! I bought this specifically for the hot/cold contrast as I have severe neck tension. I have a skin care routine but have never done anything percussive or light therapy. The blue light does as it says - I notice it brings bacteria out from the pores after using. I also love the timer every 15 seconds, I wasn’t a fan at first. This has come my go to device for so many things! The percussion is so smooth and the attachments work great! Therabody, you nailed it on this one! One thing I notice however is that the cold attachment gets the device really hot after a couple minutes on the highest setting, so I keep it on level 2. I almost burnt myself with it the first time when I didn’t know it got hot and it accidentally touched my skin.
