We have used Isofactor 1 for many years. As our boys have gotten older and begun lifting, etc. they too have used it. Its so easy to mix in water or a smoothie with no clumps. It has a smooth vanilla taste that works even in breads or oatmeal. I love that there aren't many added ingredients, no cholesterol, low fats and sugar, and it is a mostly pure protein!!
