I've been taking it for over a month now, twice a day. Already I'm gaining muscle mass which was so atrophied. I have Erythromelalgia which causes terrible burning and hot flares in my feet. This has now been so much better for the past week, I haven't even needed to apply any creams to stop the pain. I've been detoxing a lot and haven't lost a ton of weight but I've also gained the muscle mass so that's probably why. I'm really excited to see if in the next couple of years this will heal my chronic conditions. I also have Multiple Sclerosis.
