I twisted my ankle last week- could hardly walk. Tender all around ankle- swollen & painful. I prayed took my Tumeric- elevated & iced my foot & 5 hours later all the pain was gone- walking normal- swelling down & no bruising! I’m medical - I knew it was not broken but soft tissue damage.
