Dubious to start with.

Very pleased with my glasses. There was a slight delay in receiving them due to their lense supplier not having the dye for the lense tint in stock but it was worth the wait

The glasses (with lens fitted) that I purchased had to be returned as the bridge contained a manufacturing defect (confirmed by The Old Glasses Shop). I waited two weeks, as new bridges had to come from Germany for the glasses to be rectified. Although I was kept up to date with the progress and the issue got sorted out in the end however, I would have given 5 stars had the defect been picked up prior to despatching my glasses in the first place. Obviously a quality control issue. Thought I might have been offered a good-will voucher for the inconvenience.

Usually quick response.

Beautiful well made glasses, the lenses were a little bigger then I thought they would be but not something that is a problem.
