This was my third pair of glasses from TOGS and a great, personalised service as ever. I was contacted by Christina to say her quality control check of the lenses had spotted some minor scratches that they would rectify but labs were closed for summer holiday. She asked if I’d like her to send them so I had glasses to wear and then I could send them back when the lab reopened at their expense. This was all very smooth, used glasses, sent them back later for lens change and they also adjusted the frames for my comfort. Excellent service.

Excellent fast service; a shout-out to Fiona, who took the trouble to find several alternatives as my first choice was unavailable - very happy with the frame I chose from her selection.

I have bought several pairs of glasses from this wonderful little outlet and I can praise them enough.. They really go out of their way to deliver best service. And they doo just that. They really are "The Dogs!"
