I am a very happy returning customer (had prior model that I accidentally damaged)! I recently tried the Freebird Flex Series Pro, but for me, it did not cut nearly close enough, and the wrist ergonomics were awful. I returned that, and purchased the current model of the Cut Buddy, which I love. Added bonus is the battery % indicator. I even think this new battery lasts longer than my previous model.

It arrived fast and im so glad to have discovered this brand.

The new Beginner’s Clipper charger cord works fine. Now I will try not to lose like the other one and keep it in the carry case! The Beginner’s Clipper works great keeping my scraggly 79 year old facial hairs under control! John
