Never shared tracking info and I had to reach out more than 2 times about the order.

I still haven't received my package and everytime I try to email you guys you don't respond. I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund but I guess I'm just stuck with it since your customer service is shit. Hope the shampoo actually works.
