It seems to take a long time every time I order. Longer than stated when I order usually but I like the product.

I’ve sent multiple emails regarding coupons for first time clients, and have yet to receive a response. Do you all extend coupons to first time clients? Best Dave

Customer service is super slow in responding ! A simple problem could have been solved with timely communication but instead, problem was basically dismissed with delayed response and lack of concern! We shall see how the product fairs out
