Love the flavor of sour apple and berry or black cherry. Mint was intense, but after the first 2 or 3 they got easier to handle.
These were a huge help in cutting back on nicotine.
Zeros were surprisingly helpful with the placebo effect. Just order my second round because my husband decided he needed some too!
