The Body Shop US

I wasn’t crazy about the Dewberry body butter so I attempted to go through the return process online. I filled out the request and it said that my request was being reviewed. That was 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing. Terrible process and communication. It’s a shame bc I have been a customer for 20+ years but now I don’t want to spend any more money on the body shop.
